Service Description

Your journey will start with an initial consultation where we will get to know each other, understand what you are trying to achieve and delve deep into your health history. Prior to your consultation, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to ensure our time together can be utilised effectively. Following all initial consultations, you will receive explanations of dietary and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to any symptoms along with a personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement programme.
